Bob Bacon is an award winning sought-after executive leadership coach who has worked with senior leaders around the world. His extensive cross-cultural expertise spans 18 countries and hundreds of companies.
Unlike a lot of so-called ‘coaches’, Bob brings over three decades of real-world business experience having actually 'sat in the chair' as a Manager, Director, VP, CFO, CEO, and Consultant. He’s ridden shotgun with crazed founders in small fast-growing entities, owned his own business, taken on senior global roles with some of the biggest companies and brands in the world, managed teams from 3 to over 1300, successfully raised two daughters AND he’s managed to maintain a sense of humor! In addition, Bob has been formally trained as a Coach - gaining membership and attaining PCC status with the ICF (the largest coaching federation in the world). He’s also a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
