I interview key people around them -

people they interact with - people I call stakeholders.

They all have a stake in the outcome."

 

 

From these interviews I develop a profile of what the Coachee is doing right and what the Coachee can improve/polish.  I also learn what skills are perhaps underutilized and where there might be blind spots (where the Coachee may think they are doing better than they are).

Then I work with that Leader for a minimum of six months, and if positive lasting change in behavior as judged by stakeholders over this time period is achieved, the individual, the team and the entire organization benefits - often impacting culture, churn, the top and bottom lines.

 

And if not, it's all free.

My Executive Coaching Program starts at $14,970 and guarantees positive results. We’ll begin with stakeholder interviews, add assessments if desired, a feedback session, agree on goals with the Coachee and Stakeholders, develop actions supported by 1:1 Coaching and an End of Engagement review to complete the Program.
